Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and sourcing activities for Bolçi Chocolate. The role will shape the procurement strategy, build supplier relationships and drive cost optimisation across raw materials, packaging and technical supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's procurement and sourcing strategy.
• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging and technical requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and develop domestic and international suppliers.
• Lead price, contract and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.
• Design and execute cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality and Technical teams.
• Track procurement KPIs and report results.
• Lead, mentor and develop the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
• Experience in food, FMCG, chocolate or confectionery industry preferred.
• Strong background in raw material and packaging procurement.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management and negotiation.
• Experience working with domestic suppliers.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Results‑oriented and proactive attitude.
