Procurement Specialist for Mining Operations

About the role

Karub HOLDİNG seeks a Procurement Specialist to support its mining operations, handling the purchase of equipment, consumables and services for mine sites and processing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, tires, fuel, lubricants, PPE and services.
• Collect and evaluate quotations, prepare comparative analyses and negotiate price, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Source new suppliers, evaluate performance and manage the supplier portfolio locally and internationally.
• Coordinate with site operations, maintenance and warehouse teams to ensure timely supply of critical materials.
• Follow up on international purchasing, import processes, logistics and customs coordination.
• Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in mining, construction or heavy industry.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment and spare parts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; valid passport and driver’s license (Class B).

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Logo or Netsis.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
