Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and purchasing activities across domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and support cost‑reduction initiatives while collaborating closely with Logistics, Finance and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify suppliers in Turkey and worldwide, conduct evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative analyses and manage the RFQ process.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules, and oversee supplier selection and purchasing.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Logistics, Finance and Sales departments.
• Support cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Prepare procurement reports and KPI analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience, with international sourcing exposure.
• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management capabilities.
• Experience working with suppliers in Europe, Asia and the MENA region.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
