Procurement Specialist

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Turkey is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its Procurement team. The role covers end-to-end responsibility for relevant purchasing categories, supplier management and the improvement of supply processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the cost, quality and reliability of purchased items
• Prepare pre-tender cost analysis for direct purchases
• Find new suppliers and strengthen relationships with existing ones
• Organize payment timelines with suppliers
• Develop new projects to improve supply processes
• Update purchasing and vehicle management standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Create General Master Numbers (GMN) in SAP for items to be purchased
• Follow up inventory on stocked items and support office management

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement
• General understanding of finance processes and standards
• Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to handle complex issues
• Customer-centred approach and multi-cultural acceptance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficiency in English
