Product Designer – High‑Converting Mobile & Web Experiences

About the role

Scate AI is looking for a Product Designer who will create high‑converting mobile app flows and web experiences that directly drive growth. The role sits at the intersection of UI/UX design, performance marketing, user psychology and product engineering, and focuses on turning AI capabilities into usable products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and iterate on mobile app flows, web experiences and funnels that maximise conversion.
• Generate and test new concepts, messaging angles and user‑flows quickly.
• Analyse product performance data, identify drop‑off points and optimise the experience accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with growth, product and creative teams to align advertising with product journeys.
• Translate user intent and product positioning into effective AI‑driven experiences.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate creativity and execution quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, app design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, conversion principles and funnel performance.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to iterate based on analytics.
• High ownership mentality and attention to visual detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with rapid iteration cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
