Product Designer – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Product Designer based in Turkey who will shape products from early problem definition through launch and iteration. You will work closely with product and engineering teams across web, mobile, widgets, and user‑facing portals.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives end‑to‑end, from problem definition to post‑launch iteration.
• Design across multiple surfaces: desktop web apps, native iOS/Android, embeddable widgets, and user portals.
• Create and maintain high‑quality Figma libraries, components, Auto Layout structures, variables, and design‑system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate with engineering to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into product decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in SaaS or software applications.
• Strong product judgment and ability to identify concept improvements before detailed design work.
• Experience designing data‑dense desktop applications and native mobile experiences.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills; comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, Auto Layout, variables, prototyping, Dev Mode).
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and established UX patterns for complex applications.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual‑design fundamentals: typography, color, grids, layout, hierarchy, iconography, illustration.
