Product Engineer (AI-Native)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Product Engineer (AI‑Native) to own product features end‑to‑end, from problem identification to shipping reliable solutions in production. You will work remotely within an international team, using AI agents as primary development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature development from definition through testing, deployment and production, without detailed specifications.
• Engage with external providers, obtain sandbox access, review documentation and define integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to create technical specifications, delegate development tasks to them, and critically review AI‑generated code.
• Ensure reliability and quality of implementations, especially for systems handling financial transactions.
• Take responsibility for architecture, integrations, deployment, and production readiness of owned features.

Required profile

• Senior‑level backend engineering or software architecture experience with end‑to‑end ownership of complex production systems.
• Extensive hands‑on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or comparable tools as a core part of daily workflow.
• Strong critical‑thinking and ability to inspect, debug and improve AI‑generated implementations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high standards for reliability, testing and production quality.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
