Product Manager - Guest Experience & Growth Marketing

About the role

unPLUG Dining is an AI-powered digital growth platform that helps restaurants scale first-party economics, increase customer lifetime value and unify guest data across channels. It is looking for a Product Manager to lead its guest experience and growth marketing platforms. This is a senior, high-ownership role based in Istanbul (hybrid) with regular overlap with US time zones for customer calls.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for guest experience and growth marketing, from strategy through shipped features
• Run intake from enterprise clients: score requests, decline with reasons, and turn the right ones into clear specs
• Define loyalty program mechanics and offer logic, and shape the marketing platform (segmentation, journeys, campaign tooling, reporting)
• Improve ordering and app experiences that lift conversion and move orders from third-party marketplaces to direct channels
• Work with engineering, design and customer success on scope, trade-offs, edge cases and release quality
• Instrument everything: define metrics, read the data and adjust course when needed
• Join customer calls, support launches and drive adoption

Required profile

• Significant product management experience (typically 6+ years), including leading consumer-facing or B2B2C platforms in loyalty, CRM, marketing automation, commerce or restaurant technology
• Track record of shipping products that moved a named growth metric (conversion, retention, lifetime value, campaign revenue)
• Deep understanding of loyalty economics and lifecycle marketing
• Strong writing and ability to manage demanding enterprise customers
• Uses AI to research, draft, analyze and prototype faster while owning the quality of the result
• Bonus: hands-on experience with restaurant and marketing tech such as Olo, Toast, Thanx, Punchh, Paytronix, Klaviyo or Braze
