Product Manager

About the role

Windsor.ai connects marketing data from hundreds of sources to dozens of destinations for thousands of customers worldwide. This is the first Product Manager hire, tasked with building the product function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Decide what gets built and say no more often than yes, focusing on high‑impact work.
• Turn customer feedback, usage data, and competitive gaps into a short, actionable shortlist.
• Work closely with engineering to sanity‑check estimates rather than merely relaying them.
• Use incomplete data to make informed decisions and iterate quickly.
• Ship features and deliver a functional roadmap, not just a document.

Required profile

• Successfully shipped a SaaS product that customers paid for and used repeatedly.
• Comfortable pulling and analyzing your own usage, funnel, and retention data without waiting for an analyst.
• Ability to trim a long list of ideas to the few that truly matter and explain the trade‑offs.
• Real engineering background or a gut sense of engineering effort (weeks vs. quarters).
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed, mostly‑Europe team with no daily stand‑ups.
