Product Marketing Senior Executive

About the role

The Product Marketing Senior Executive will drive growth by analysing market performance, supporting planning processes, and coordinating product launches across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse brand, category, product, channel and competitor performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support development of annual marketing, sales, financial and demand plans aligned with global brand objectives.
• Maintain marketing calendars, launch plans, product lists and channel‑based activity plans.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end new product launches, including selection, timing, pricing, forecasting, allocation and performance tracking.
• Develop and monitor product forecasts, inventory across retail, wholesale and online channels, and manage excess or slow‑moving stock.
• Conduct pricing, cost‑of‑goods and profitability analyses for new and existing products.
• Plan and coordinate GWP, samples, seeding, media, PR, education and local promotional requirements.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with business comments and actionable recommendations.
• Support product assortment decisions, lifecycle management, discounting and discontinuation.
• Coordinate launch readiness with Brand, Commercial, Online, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams.
• Conduct post‑launch evaluations and share learnings to improve future launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of relevant product marketing experience.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with high energy and ability to work independently.
