About the role
We are seeking a Product Specialist to shape and improve our mobile games, driving player motivation and engagement. You will work closely with a talented team to turn ideas into features that delight millions of users.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of games from design through to key performance metrics.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to enhance player experience.
- Analyze user data, run A/B tests, and make data‑driven product decisions.
- Collaborate with all functions to create products that users love.
- Monitor market trends, gather intelligence, and optimize monetization to improve LTV.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
- Strong sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset for data‑driven decisions.
- Passionate about startups and a collaborative team player.
