Production and Process Engineer

About the role

Mubea, a global engineering and manufacturing group serving the automotive and aviation industries, is looking for a motivated, hands-on Production and Process Engineer to join its Manisa plant. The role covers production execution, process monitoring, continuous improvement and the launch of new products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure production follows the production plan, customer requirements and targets for quality, cost, delivery, productivity and workplace safety.
• Monitor daily production performance, analyse deviations and act on them.
• Resolve non-conformities through root cause analysis and CAPA, and drive continuous improvement via Kaizen, Lean, SMED, 5S and error-proofing.
• Lead and support sample, prototype, commissioning and series-production launches of new products, processes, machines, tooling and molds within APQP/PPAP.
• Keep process documentation and production records up to date and ensure accurate ERP data entry.
• Manage shift plans and workforce allocation, monitor compliance with instructions and identify training needs.
• Work with other departments and suppliers, ensure autonomous and periodic maintenance, and plan and control tooling, fixtures and consumables.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and legal requirements are met, and take part in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee and the Environmental Management Team.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in metal processing and forming, CNC, serial production and the automotive industry.
• Fluency in English; strong analytical, planning and interpretation skills.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and follow up on actions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, quality management systems and lean manufacturing methods.
