Production Engineer

About the role

British American Tobacco Türkiye is seeking a Production Engineer to lead cross‑functional projects that enhance manufacturing processes. The role focuses on supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and delivering improvements that align with safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and morale targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑functional projects aimed at process improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Monitor project outcomes to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and morale objectives.
• Coordinate and negotiate with relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University graduate in an Engineering discipline from a reputable university.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.
• Strong leadership, communication and planning abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Team player with a talent for building positive internal and external relationships.
• Well‑developed project management and coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
