Production Planner

About the role

As a Production Planner at Avery Dennison, you will ensure efficient production operations and accurate scheduling, acting as the bridge between sales and manufacturing teams to keep the workflow smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production schedules to meet targeted delivery dates.
• Coordinate communication between Sales and Production to maintain seamless order flow.
• Analyze overdue order reports, identify root causes, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage orders on hold, ensuring complete data before releasing to the floor.
• Monitor raw material and consumable inventories and notify relevant departments of replenishment needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing, including internships.
• Fluency in English and strong written and spoken Turkish.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset.
