About the role
Abdi İbrahim is seeking a Production Specialist to join its Solid Production team at the Esenyurt campus. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, document, and improve production processes according to GMP.
- Ensure accurate and efficient execution of pre‑production, production, and post‑production activities.
- Prepare and revise general and equipment‑specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and update manufacturing protocols based on validation reports.
- Participate actively in production‑related improvement projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of production experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in English and strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
