Production Systems Expert

About the role

As a Production Systems Expert you will support reliable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations in a GxP‑regulated environment. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, automation and IT teams to manage and continuously improve manufacturing systems that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end MES implementation, upgrades and related digital initiatives for all products.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing systems (MES, SAP, MACO, Seidenader Track & Trace, AGE, Historian, GISC) ensuring reliable and compliant operation.
• Design, create and continuously improve electronic batch records (MBRs) in line with operational, quality and compliance requirements.
• Support site digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the digital roadmap.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for system issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations or manufacturing systems within a GMP/GxP environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and other manufacturing software (MACO, Seidenader Track & Trace, AGE, Historian, GISC).
• Data analytics capabilities.
