About the role
rggA is seeking an experienced Architect / Project Lead to join its Ankara office. The successful candidate will lead architectural design and project delivery, ensuring high‑quality documentation and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of architectural concepts and detailed design for assigned projects.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other discipline teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior staff and support collaborative work environments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with BIM workflows.
