Project Architect – Fit-Out & Construction

About the role

Kolektif House is looking for a Project Architect to join its Design & Development team. You will support office fit‑out, renovation and new location projects, working closely with construction teams, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders from quotation to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements, prepare quantity take‑offs, scope assessments and cost estimates.
• Collect and compare contractor and supplier quotations, checking scope, quantities and pricing.
• Review architectural drawings, prepare construction details and revisions.
• Monitor project schedules, material orders and deliveries, flagging potential delays.
• Check site works against approved drawings, report non‑conformities and follow up corrective actions.
• Support coordination across architectural, mechanical and electrical works.
• Verify completed works and quantities for progress payment assessments.
• Document additional works and scope changes, highlighting budget and timeline impacts.
• Prepare weekly progress updates, track actions and support snagging, completion checks and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 2–3 years of experience in office or commercial fit‑out and renovation projects.
• Working knowledge of site execution, finishing works, materials and construction details.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented communication with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
