Project Management Lead

About the role

AXA Türkiye is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive strategic, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will act as a trusted partner between business and technology teams, ensuring projects align with corporate priorities and generate measurable benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end strategic projects, coordinating scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Provide clear, management‑level updates, presentations and decision‑support materials to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Support the integration of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into business processes.
• Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of project governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project/program management, transformation or similar roles within insurance, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in large‑scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong ownership, proactive problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid work permit for Turkey.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project.
• Azure DevOps.
• Power BI.
• AI tools (experience considered an asset).
• PMP, Agile or other relevant project‑management certifications (advantageous).
