Project Manager – EPC & Industrial Solutions

About the role

ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complete product and solution packages for EPC, chemical, oil & gas, industrial and utility customers. The role involves coordinating engineering, integration, procurement and installation activities across multiple international product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and customer aspects of medium to high‑complexity projects, acting as the prime interface with clients, suppliers and ABB factories.
• Lead tendering, order entry, scheduling, tracking, shipment, invoicing and project turnover activities.
• Oversee engineering and integration of eHouse solutions, including cabling calculations, cable routes, trays, busbars, lighting and earthing.
• Coordinate manufacturing, installation and testing processes to ensure compliance with ABB quality, HSE and ethical standards.
• Monitor project financials, forecast revenue, profitability and cash flow, and negotiate scope changes and change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience managing large‑scale, multi‑discipline projects, preferably with eHouse/containerized solutions.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% of the time and a valid driver’s licence.
• Action‑oriented, team‑focused and capable of handling cultural diversity in a global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, DC Switchgears, Fire & Gas and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of cabling design, cable trays, busbars, lighting and earthing for eHouse projects.
• Project management certification or willingness to obtain ABB certification.
