Project Manager – Industrial Automation

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial automation projects in Izmir. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest QHSE standards while representing Yokogawa to clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for project results regarding QHSE, scope, schedule, and costs.
• Prepare detailed status reports covering risks, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Plan, organize, assign, and coordinate the work of the project team and external consultants.
• Manage design, engineering, implementation, testing, and site activities across multiple projects.
• Administer project budgets, schedules, and change order processes.
• Negotiate and interact with consultants, contractors, agencies, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Process Automation or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of professional experience in project/automation engineering.
• 3‑5 years experience as a Project Manager in industrial automation.
• Fluent Turkish (native preferred) and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently and completed military service (for male candidates).

Required skills

• Knowledge of DCS, Safety, Stardom, Fieldbus systems.
• Experience with automated planning, budgeting, and SAP.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus).
