Project Manager

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join its RF Semiconductors (RFS) team. You will lead the development of new RF and IC products, coordinating cross‑functional engineering efforts across multiple global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale initiatives, defining project scope, timelines, budgets and staffing while managing risks and obstacles.
• Collaborate with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Marketing, Manufacturing and other stakeholders to align project goals with market demands.
• Coordinate with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.
• Serve as primary internal communication point, providing updates, escalating critical issues and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high‑tech or semiconductor environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools: MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Excel (including VBA).
• Experience with RF or IC product development cycles from concept to production.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
