Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement

About the role

This position is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects that drive organizational impact. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross‑functional teams, external partners and subject‑matter experts to translate complex business needs into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and programs through the full lifecycle, from initiation to close‑out, defining objectives, scope, success measures and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews and process‑mapping to establish clear business needs and scope.
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests and competing priorities, providing recommendations and escalations to sponsors.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, senior leaders, vendors and consultants to align deliverables, approvals and communications.
• Prepare and present executive‑level updates, status reports, risk assessments and decision‑making materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmap and sprint planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of overall business experience, including 3‑4 years leading projects, programs or business transformation initiatives.
• Post‑secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Recognized project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Proven ability to manage scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks and change requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid and traditional methodologies, including backlog and sprint planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project‑management, scheduling, reporting, collaboration and backlog‑management tools.
• Solid understanding of project governance, executive decision support and organizational change.
