About the role
Join Eti’s global team as a Project Planning Engineer, driving Food Research and Product Development initiatives from initiation to closure. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting system and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project initiation, planning, monitoring, control, implementation, and closing for product and packaging projects.
- Coordinate, control, warn, and report on all project planning activities.
- Develop proactive actions to meet project objectives and ensure compliance.
- Plan, monitor, and report risks and mitigation actions within Project Risk Management.
- Improve and develop project management‑planning methodology and related systems.
- Participate in R&D projects aligned with company targets and strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to reside in Eskisehir.
- Innovative, analytical, result‑oriented, and comfortable with active field work.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
