Project & Structured Finance Manager

About the role

CoreX Holding, a diversified industrial conglomerate with headquarters in Amsterdam and Istanbul, is looking for an experienced Project & Structured Finance Manager for its headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. The role leads the structuring, execution and management of complex financing transactions such as acquisition finance, project finance, ECA-backed facilities, asset-backed financings, bond issuances and other structured finance products, working with banks, investors, legal advisors, rating agencies and other partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end structuring and execution of financing transactions, including cash flow modeling, credit enhancement, tranching, pricing analysis, due diligence, documentation and financial close.
• Develop and oversee financial models covering cash flow waterfalls, scenario and sensitivity analysis, stress testing and valuation.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle by coordinating Legal, Tax, Accounting, Risk Management, Treasury and Operations teams, and working with banks, ECAs, arrangers and external advisors.
• Negotiate with lenders and investors to secure optimal funding structures and terms.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify funding opportunities.
• Oversee existing financing portfolios, including covenant compliance, reporting, refinancing and risk assessment.
• Mentor junior team members and prepare investment memoranda, credit papers, term sheets, offering memoranda and investor presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline; an MBA, CFA or FRM is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, credit risk or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing complex financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, legal documentation and financing structures.
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; VBA is an advantage.
• Analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Project management and stakeholder management skills.
