Project/Technical Manager - Hotel & Residential Projects

About the role

The Project/Technical Manager provides overall leadership, coordination and technical management of a hotel and residential project, keeping all disciplines aligned with project objectives, contractual requirements and quality standards. The assignment is based in Çeşme, İzmir, Turkey, lasts 30 months and is expected to start in November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary project team and coordinate planning, implementation, supervision and reporting across all workstreams.
• Oversee contract administration, including technical decisions, risks, variations and contractor obligations.
• Act as the main coordination point between the client, contractors, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, schedule and major risks, and initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Provide high-level review and guidance on hotel and residential project components.
• Ensure timely, clear and decision-oriented project reports, meeting minutes and management updates.

Required profile

• Civil engineering education.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in complex hotel and residential projects.
• Previous team leader experience on at least two comparable hotel/residential projects.
• Professional fluency in English.
