Property Management Associate – Remote

About the role

As a Property Management Associate you will be the administrative backbone of our real‑estate operations, ensuring that every lease, registration and service order is processed accurately and on time. Working remotely, you will support Property Manager Specialists by handling the routine, process‑driven tasks that keep our tenancy lifecycle running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and administer lease contracts from inception through amendments to termination.
• Register new tenants with authorities on move‑in and deregister them on move‑out within statutory deadlines.
• Organise move‑in logistics, including key hand‑overs and prerequisite documentation.
• Process defect reports and trigger service orders such as cleaning or mailbox label requests.
• Generate official initial‑rent forms required by law.
• Maintain up‑to‑date partner and representative data in the Room Estate system.
• Verify tenant identity and solvency, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Process residence confirmations where standard procedures apply.
• Escalate only cases that truly require Property Manager intervention, providing them with fully prepared information.

Required profile

• Fluent written English with strong administrative writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and treat personal data responsibly.
• Proactive ownership of tasks that fall outside standard processes.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
