Proxy & AFH Sales Executive

About the role

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Proxy & AFH Sales Executive to drive sales and channel management across Proxy and Away‑From‑Home customers. You will be responsible for achieving regional revenue, volume and profitability targets while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Danone’s sales principles and channel strategies, delivering revenue, volume, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Develop and implement sales plans for the assigned region and channels, managing distributor operations and shipment coordination.
• Monitor sales performance, identify gaps and take corrective actions.
• Build long‑term relationships with Proxy, AFH and HoReCa customers, identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Excellence, Category Development, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Previous sales experience in Traditional Trade / Proxy and/or AFH‑HoReCa channels, preferably FMCG.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, field sales operations and customer management.
• Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel 40% or more.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
