Public Policy Executive

About the role

AstraZeneca seeks a Public Policy Executive to develop policy intelligence, evidence synthesis, and strategic insights supporting therapeutic priorities and reputation objectives across Istanbul and Ankara.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor policy and market developments in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, sustainability, and digital health.
• Produce policy briefs, position summaries, insight reports, and internal briefs.
• Provide analytical contributions to policy campaigns, stakeholder engagements, and external positioning.
• Support health system research through literature reviews, data synthesis, and benchmarking.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, International Relations or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years experience in policy research, health economics, impact evaluation or strategy analysis.
• Strong analytical writing, synthesis skills and ability to manage multiple agendas.
• Advanced English with clear written and verbal communication.
