Public Relations Manager

About the role

Hillside Leisure Group is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead PR activities for its brands from the Head Office in Etiler. The role combines strategic media relations, agency coordination, and sustainability communication across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate local and international PR agencies, handling briefings, target setting, performance monitoring and evaluation.
• Develop and implement PR plans and media activities for leisure and lifestyle brands in both domestic and global markets.
• Manage multiple PR projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, execution and follow‑up.
• Maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media representatives and influencers.
• Identify and develop strategic PR partnerships, collaborations with international brands, institutions and communities.
• Plan and execute press trips, media events, launches and brand experiences in close collaboration with brand management.
• Edit and oversee internal and external content, ensuring high‑quality communication.
• Develop sustainability communication initiatives and support the promotion of projects related to energy efficiency, carbon footprint, EU Green Deal and environmentally friendly production.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, media relations and event management.
• Strong understanding of media landscapes, emerging communication trends and innovative PR approaches.
• Proven experience managing local and international PR agencies and external partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, result‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to thrive in a demanding, highly motivated team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; university degree in Communications, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
