Purchase Requests Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchase Requests Specialist to support procurement operations at our Turkey Representative Office. The role involves managing purchase requests, supplier interactions, and financial processes while ensuring compliance and efficient cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and approve purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), track receipt status and clear overdue items.
• Monitor supplier invoice uploads, ensure invoice‑to‑PO matching, and assist with new supplier registration.
• Support budget applications, PR approvals, and cost analysis, including overdue PO and invoice analysis.
• Prepare bi‑weekly operational reports, meeting minutes, and weekly departmental updates.
• Assist with supplier privacy risk assessments, HIA self‑assessments, and contract finalisation.
• Manage documentation, CT testing, and track supplier delivery progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Prior experience in procurement, administration or supply chain management preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
