About the role

Join Bosch Group in Bursa as a Purchasing Quality Smart Start intern. You will support the supplier quality team while gaining hands‑on experience in complaint management, metrology and product return processes. The role is designed for engineering students who want to develop practical quality assurance skills in a global manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier quality complaint management activities.
• Participate in metrology, measurement and calibration studies.
• Assist with product return management and monitoring compliance with quality standards.
• Contribute to Safe Launch activities and laboratory measurement/testing tasks.
• Prepare control plans, measurement reports and other quality documentation.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects with Quality Engineers.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate engineering student or Master’s candidate.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Available to work at least three days per week for a minimum of 11 continuous months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, curious, open‑minded with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
