Purchasing Specialist

About the role

Join the Purchasing team of a global glassware leader and support the acquisition of communication, media, event and market‑research services. You will work closely with internal marketing stakeholders to ensure the right suppliers are selected, contracts are managed and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, evaluate and add project‑based or annual proposals from third‑party agencies to the supplier pool.
• Continuously assess existing suppliers and expand the pool by sourcing new partners.
• Procure services in communication, media, events and market research, balancing quality, price and delivery standards.
• Manage the full supplier contract lifecycle and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify alternative services or suppliers.
• Plan, organize and monitor purchasing processes for assigned marketing areas.
• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities across all marketing functions.

Required profile

• University degree (4‑year program).
• Minimum 4 years of purchasing experience with agencies such as PR, communication, media, event, market‑research, architecture or production companies.
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Residency in Kütahya or Eskişehir.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
