About the role
TOLONTOLON, a leading global laundry equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage procurement processes and support supply chain efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement in line with company policies, including purchase orders, contracts, and documentation.
- Conduct supplier research, evaluation, quotation collection, and price analysis.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform site visits when required and ensure effective coordination across departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery or manufacturing procurement.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Class B driving licence with no travel restrictions.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS, Canias, or SAP.
- Competence in contract preparation, price analysis, supplier evaluation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and work in cross‑functional teams.
