Purchasing & Supply Chain Operations Lead

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Bursa as a Purchasing and Supply Chain Operation Responsible. You will coordinate material flows, support procurement activities, and ensure seamless logistics across domestic and international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic material shipments, international returns, material monitoring, and work‑order follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes through supplier coordination, service tracking, compliance monitoring, and performance follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate operational tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Handle invoice follow‑up and related financial processes.
• Maintain documentation and digital tools in line with internal requirements.
• Assist customs and import‑related operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a university.
• 4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Structured, methodical, and detail‑oriented working approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, committed and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to travel abroad when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
