Python Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our team building a Wi‑Fi based in‑store analytics and marketing automation platform. You will work on end‑to‑end web applications, turning data insights into actionable business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and build REST/SOAP services.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to implement JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3 interfaces.
• Create data visualisations and dashboards to present analytics results.
• Participate in database design, MySQL schema development, and data modelling.
• Use version control (Git) and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Communicate progress, manage multiple projects, and ensure high‑quality delivery in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for leveraging data to drive business impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Comfortable working in a startup setting and contributing to a version‑1.0 product.
