Quality Assurance Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join Sandoz’s Quality Assurance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to ensure pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. You will safeguard product quality, compliance and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing, handling and distribution activities comply with Sandoz Quality Manual, GxP requirements and local SOPs.
• Prepare, review and archive batch documentation according to regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Conduct GxP monitoring, manage QA investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage and approve deviations, complaints, recalls, stability failures and other critical quality issues.
• Lead change control processes and ensure timely implementation and closure.
• Plan and execute self‑inspections, ensuring required actions are taken promptly.
• Deliver GxP training programs and ensure annual training plans are implemented.
• Support product releases, launches and interactions with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.

Required profile

• BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GxP, quality systems and regulatory expectations.
• Experience in deviation management, change control and product release processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and with external partners.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity.
