Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & Wiring Harness

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team, with experience in quality processes within the manufacturing industry. Experience in the wiring harness industry will be considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and company requirements.
• Conduct product and process quality inspections and follow‑up actions.
• Identify, analyse and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Record, monitor and drive resolution of non‑conformities.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation and execution.
• Maintain quality‑related documents and records within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate shop‑floor quality activities with the QMS and monitor effectiveness of CAPA.
• Assist in resolving quality issues related to customers and suppliers and work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality control or quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and quality management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
