Quality Inspector

About the role

As a Quality Inspector you will represent the company at supplier locations across Turkey, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications before shipment. You will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, supporting supplier development, and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections at supplier facilities to verify product conformity before shipment.
• Inspect aluminium profiles and related components against technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Perform dimensional, visual, surface quality, colour consistency, packaging, and labelling checks.
• Document inspection findings accurately and provide clear reports to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify quality deviations, assess risks, and support root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action processes.
• Act as the company’s quality representative at supplier sites, ensuring quality expectations are understood and maintained.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve supplier quality issues.
• Take ownership of shipment release decisions.

Required profile

• Technical education or experience in manufacturing, production, quality control, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality inspection, supplier quality, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can challenge non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in an international environment.
