About the role
The Quality Management System Engineer supports the Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining the company's management systems, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining management systems.
- Report system performance, identify improvement areas, and plan changes.
- Prepare and present quality reports based on indicators.
- Manage and update quality certificates on customer portals.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain Management System Handbooks and integrate global QMS documents.
- Organize product and process audits, support global quality audits, and manage corrective actions.
Required profile
- University degree in Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive Quality Management Systems.
- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and detail‑oriented approach.
