Quality Management System Lead

About the role

The Quality Management System Lead will support the FSQ Department in ensuring compliance with Kraft Heinz quality standards and food safety regulations. This field‑based position is located in Susurluk, Balıkesir.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Quality Management System and applicable standards.
• Verify conformity of analyses with product and material specifications.
• Monitor GMP, 5S, and corrective/preventive activities, including internal and third‑party audits.
• Lead projects to eliminate recurring process errors and standardize documentation.
• Ensure calibrations are performed according to plan and results are tracked.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or related field.
• Minimum intermediate English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Balıkesir (Susurluk) area.
• Strong analytical skills, result‑oriented and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Quality Management module.
• Advanced use of MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS and food safety management systems.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and laboratory equipment.
