Quality Systems Engineer

About the role

Arçelik-LG is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to strengthen its Quality Systems & Planning Department. You will ensure compliance with multiple management system certifications and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits for management systems and company procedures.
• Manage documentation, non‑conformities and corrective actions via the QDMS platform.
• Analyze Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) data and lead improvement initiatives.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and audit activities.
• Prepare quality performance reports, dashboards and KPIs for data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee calibration of internal measuring and testing equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits and hold an Internal Auditor certification.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, planning and coordination skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Internal audit techniques and certification.
• Experience with Quality Document Management Systems (QDMS).
• Supplier quality assessment and audit processes.
