Reception Agent – Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception Agent to join the Front Office team at ibis Istanbul Tuzla. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, including room assignments and payment processing.
• Respond to guest requests, provide information about hotel services, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage reservations, telephone calls and email correspondence in line with hotel standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or a receptionist role is preferred.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Guest‑oriented attitude with a friendly, dynamic and solution‑focused approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
