Receptionist – Front Desk (Ataşehir, Istanbul)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join IstanbulVita, a specialised clinic in hair, dental and medical aesthetic treatments. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Ataşehir, Istanbul, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, manage phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Handle day‑to‑day front‑desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
• Manage patient reception, guide visitors and assist international patients throughout their stay.
• Maintain patient files, documentation follow‑up and support clerical tasks.
• Organise hotel reservations and coordinate transfer processes (airport‑hotel‑clinic).
• Plan and monitor patient scheduling and overall organisation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and handling client inquiries.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
