Recruitment and Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Aras Kargo is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Talent Management Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, strengthen talent pipelines, and support employee experience initiatives across its nationwide logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business unit managers to define recruitment needs and conduct job analyses.
• Develop and maintain alternative sourcing channels, including career platforms, social media, and professional networks.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for head‑office and white‑collar positions, applying competency‑based interviews and assessment centre practices.
• Monitor and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Contribute to talent management projects such as 9‑Box assessments, succession planning, and career planning tools.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment activities across regional directorates and ensure consistent processes.
• Assist with the implementation of promotion, appointment, and career‑planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s in Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and talent management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Proven project and process management capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
