About the role

Dollvet Biotechnology is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its growing biotech organization. The role focuses exclusively on sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates across multiple locations, with weekly travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job advertisements on various career platforms.
• Source candidates, review applications, and identify suitable matches.
• Conduct telephone, online, and face‑to‑face interviews, including English‑language interviews when needed.
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports and manage reference checks and job offer processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and maintain an up‑to‑date candidate pool.
• Produce regular recruitment reports and travel weekly to support hiring at different company sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Professional experience in recruitment and interviewing.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with career platforms and candidate sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong planning, organization, and follow‑up abilities.
• No restrictions on regular weekly business travel and ability to conduct face‑to‑face recruitment at various locations.
