Recruitment Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are a leading company expanding nationally and internationally, looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to our growth journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job advertisements for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.
• Manage candidate applications, including screening, interview coordination, and overall process follow‑up.
• Analyze recruitment channel performance and implement improvement actions.
• Plan and manage recruitment channels such as job portals, agencies, and social media.
• Take an active role in employer branding activities such as career events, fairs, and university collaborations.
• Contribute to content creation and social media planning processes.
• Coordinate employee events and communication activities, including announcements, events, and content flow.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and organizational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a production environment, in similar positions.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, result‑oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
