Regional Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) for the MMEA/Turkey region will drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts for TrendAI™, the AI security division of Trend Micro. You will work closely with technical, channel partner and marketing teams to create tailored selling strategies and become a trusted advisor to senior customer executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to increase adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
• Develop market strategies for each product and service, leveraging knowledge of the territory and relationships with CIOs/CISOs.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and sales leadership to deliver value propositions to channel CEOs and technical teams.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall BU goals.
• Maintain accurate account information in Salesforce for forecasting and planning.
• Lead client meetings, demos and post‑implementation support, and participate in account review sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven account management experience in a commercial environment.
• Ability to build senior executive relationships and present complex technology in business terms.
• Growth‑oriented mindset and collaborative work style across technical, marketing and channel functions.

• Fluency in Russian is a plus
