Regulatory Affairs Manager – Istanbul

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory activities for a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio within the TURGAN Cluster in Istanbul. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, you will shape regulatory strategies, manage product registrations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies for new products, new indications, renewals and other lifecycle management activities.
• Lead preparation, review, submission and tracking of regulatory dossiers and marketing authorization applications.
• Maintain labeling updates and manage health authority interactions across local, regional and global levels.
• Conduct regulatory intelligence activities, monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional value teams to support portfolio growth, patient access and business goals.
• Represent the company with health authorities and industry associations, proactively managing regulatory risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish and EU regulatory requirements for medicines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regulatory submissions and interact with health authorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills with local, regional and global stakeholders.
