Remote HR Specialist – Full‑Cycle Recruitment

About the role

Avsar Construction is looking for a detail‑oriented Remote HR Specialist to manage full‑cycle recruitment and support day‑to‑day HR operations. The role is fully remote within Turkey and requires strong organizational skills, professional English communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communication.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment documentation and keep accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Support onboarding activities including new‑hire orientation, background checks, I‑9 verification and employee file management.
• Assist with benefits administration: enrollment, changes, terminations and open‑enrollment support, coordinating with providers.
• Provide payroll support by reviewing timesheets, tracking attendance and ensuring payroll accuracy.
• Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with HR regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as policy updates, report generation, audits, employment verifications and document management.
• Support employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives and training coordination.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or general HR.
• Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.
